Ball mill structure feature:
This machine is composed by the feeding department, the Ministry of discharge, rotary Department, Transmission Division and other major components. Hollow shaft adopt steel parts, lining removable, slewing gear hobbing using casting processing, the body inlaid cylinder liner wear, which has good abrasion resistance. The machine running smoothly, work reliably. Note: According to the materials and methods of discharge may choose dry mill or wet mill-type lattice.
Ball mill work principle:
Grinding operations are carried out in the ball mill tube body, the grinding media was imbarked inner cylinder body. The grinding media which rotation with the cylinder was taken to a certain height, and falling because of weight. Then the ore is impact by the media which installed in the cylinder of body; on the other hand, because of the grinding media in the cylinder body along the cylinder axis, revolution and rotation, the grinding media and tube body impact the material, then will grind the ore.
